The Challenge

Nature’s Finest sells wellness supplements in 24 countries, each with unique domains, buyer profiles, and local inbox providers. Their goal was to send daily campaigns with high relevance while maintaining a strong sender reputation.

But running everything through a single Klaviyo account made traditional segmentation impossible. Broad segments had caused slipping open rates, lower inbox placement, and declining engagement.

Campaign-by-Campaign Segmentation

We manually adjusted segments before every send based on the prior 1–2 campaign performances per country. No standard “engaged” list—only agile, dynamic filtering designed to hit open rate targets above 20%.

Strategic Tagging for
Localization & Reporting

Every email was tagged by country and signup source. This enabled precise flow segmentation, reporting, and campaign scheduling—ensuring the right content reached the right inbox, every time.

Shrink Before You Scale

In December 2023, we narrowed segments to 30–90 day openers to improve sender reputation. Then, we gradually expanded them per country—growing to 450-day openers in the UK while keeping Slovenia at 60 days. This controlled growth allowed us to increase total reach without hurting engagement.
