We developed and tested over 10 different pop-up variations, isolating variables like copy, offer, and design to optimize conversion rates. One of the most successful additions was a gamified “spin-the-wheel” format, which quickly became a top performer. To support ongoing optimization, we also built a Figma archive to track results and iterate more efficiently.
Lifecycle Flows Overhaul
After auditing the existing flows, we rebuilt over 20 key automations across the customer lifecycle. This included a segmented Welcome Series, dynamic abandonment flows, and split Post-Purchase journeys for new versus repeat buyers. We also added Loyalty and Winback sequences, educational nurtures, and personalized upsell paths. The result is a dynamic system that delivers relevant content at every stage of the journey.
Campaign System Revamp
We refreshed Sunwarrior’s campaign visual identity and email templates to better reflect the brand’s premium, wellness-focused positioning. A new motivational editorial tone was introduced, and we implemented advanced segmentation strategies based on first-party data — including polls, quiz responses, and click behavior. These campaigns began performing strongly year-round, not just during promotional spikes.
