It is very personal and different for each individual situation based on the market, industry, store size, email list quality, email content, your main goal (what do you consider as a conversion), etc.. This just proves one more time that <strong>email conversion rate is a very individual metric.<\/strong> You should take into account the benchmarks of your competitors that are in the same industry but in the end, your focus should always be on how to improve the email conversion rate you have right now.<\/p>\n<p>Also, remember that usually actions that are considered as conversions (placed orders, filled forms, etc.) can not be done directly in the email. Email can only advertise and encourage your customers to take the action but the final step has to be made on your website or landing page.
